OFFER AGREEMENT
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1.1. This Agreement, posted on the Seller's official website https://www.chill.com.ua, is a Public Offer and contains all essential conditions for the organization of the purchase and sale of goods remotely (ie through the Internet store).
1.2. This contract is a public offer, i.e. its terms, in accordance with Art. 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine are the same for all Buyers.
1.3. According to Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this contract, that is, the public offer of the online store, is the fact of placing an order by clicking on the website https://www.chill.com.ua on the link "Send order" in the basket and paying for the order in in the amount of one hundred percent under the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. By concluding this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that he is fully familiar with and agrees with all its terms. The buyer, who is a natural person, gives permission for the processing of his personal data for the purpose of the possibility of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, the possibility of carrying out mutual settlements, as well as receiving invoices, acts and other documents. The permission to process personal data is valid for the entire term of the Agreement. In addition, by entering into this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that he is informed (without additional notice) of the rights established by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", about the purposes of data collection. The extent of the Buyer's rights as a subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" is known and understood by him.
1.5. Changes cannot be made after acceptance of the Offer by the Buyer in the manner provided for in the Offer.
2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:
2.1. The site is an online resource https://www.chill.com.ua
2.2. A site visitor is a natural person who visited the site without the purpose of placing an Order.
2.3. The Site User is a natural person, a Site Visitor who accepts the terms of this Agreement and wishes to place an Order in the online store.
2.4. Buyer - User who placed an Order in the Online Store.
2.5. The online store is an automatic order collection system owned by the Seller and located on the Internet resource https://www.chill.com.ua, in which the Buyer receives all the information available to the Seller about the Goods and in which the Buyer leaves an order for purchase Product by clicking the "Make an order" button in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Site.

2.7. The product is clothing, accessories and other assortment presented on the website.
2.8. Order - a properly executed request of the Buyer for the purchase and delivery to the address indicated by the Buyer of the Goods selected on the Site.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:
3.1. The Seller undertakes, under the conditions and in the manner specified in this Agreement, to transfer the Goods to the Buyer's ownership on the basis of the Order issued by placing an order in the online store or in another way, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay its value.
3.2. This Agreement regulates the purchase and sale relationship in the online store, including:
3.2.1. Voluntary choice by the Buyer of Goods in the online store;
3.2.2. Self-registration of the Order by the Buyer on the website in the online store;
3.2.3. Payment by the Buyer of the Order placed in the online store;
3.2.4. Execution and transfer of ownership of the Order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. The Seller guarantees that the Goods have not been pledged, are not in dispute, under arrest and are not subject to the rights of third parties.
3.4. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement at the time of placing the Order by clicking on the "Submit Order" button on the Site or in another way, which means confirmation by the Buyer of the fact of familiarization with the text of this Agreement and agreement with its terms. The presence of any objections by the Buyer to the provision of his consent relieves the Seller from any responsibility for non-fulfillment of the terms of this offer and gives the Seller the right to cancel the Order unilaterally.
4. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE AND PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER
4.1. Registration on the Site is not mandatory for placing an Order.
4.2. Registration on the Site is carried out using the "Registration" pop-up window.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User during registration.
4.4. The User undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified by the User during registration. If the User has any doubts about the security of his login and password or the possibility of their unauthorized use by third parties, the User undertakes to immediately inform the Seller about this by sending a corresponding e-mail to the address: uachill7@gmail.com
4.5. The buyer places an order in the online store by adding the selected products to the "Basket" by clicking the "Add to cart" button. or by phone specified on the Site.
