Return and exchange conditions
You can exchange and return goods of the appropriate quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order. The exchange and return of the product is carried out if the specified product has not been used, its product appearance, consumer properties, dents in the shoes, factory tags and original packaging have been preserved, as well as if the purchase receipt is available (sent after confirmation of payment).

Return and exchange procedure
When returning, processing takes up to 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the parcel. After processing your return, the funds are returned to the card from which the order was made on the site. Refund terms are up to 7 working days, but we always try to do it as soon as possible.
The online store has the right to refuse a refund in case of violations of the terms of storage of the product appearance. To process a return:
1. Write to us in instagram-direct and our manager will send all the details or
2. Send the purchased product by ordering the "Easy Return" service in the mobile application or in the online office of New Post.
To use Easy Return, you need:
1. Log in to the New Mail mobile application or business office.
2. Open "My shipments" and select the received package that you want to return.
3. In the "Manage the package" section, select "Easy return".
4. Indicate the reason for returning the goods from the proposed list.
5. Create a new electronic invoice and send the product to the recipient at a post office, branch or address.
All costs of exchanging and returning the product are borne by the buyer, except for cases of manufacturing defects.
For outside Ukraine, the exchange takes place with the help of state or private carriers at the expense of the client. You can exchange or return the product within 14 days of receiving the product.
